4. Telehealth Consent
By booking a consultation through NibbleWise, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Consultations are provided remotely using secure technology.
- Telehealth services have limitations compared to in-person medical consultations.
- Technical issues may occasionally interrupt or delay consultations.
- Practitioners rely on the information you voluntarily provide.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information.
- Telehealth is not appropriate for emergency medical conditions.
- You consent to receiving care through secure electronic communication.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of NibbleWise, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Treat practitioners and other users respectfully.
- Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws.
- Avoid uploading harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
6. Subscriptions
Certain NibbleWise features require an active subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Cancellation must be managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- Refund requests are governed by the respective policies of Apple and Google.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on NibbleWise, including but not limited to:
- Videos
- Articles
- Graphics
- Logos
- Educational materials
- Designs and branding
8. Limitation of Liability
NibbleWise shall not be liable for:
- Medical decisions made by users.
- Outcomes of practitioner consultations.
- Internet connectivity or technical interruptions.
- Failures of third-party platforms or service providers.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
